Hotel was well located, atmosphere was nice, our room was beautiful and the staff really friendly. Oh, and the fresh bread at the breakfast table - just excellent!

The hotel was very conveniently located only 2 minutes walk from a metro stop so it was quick and easy to access the city centre. The staff was welcoming and flexible, facilitating a request for room change. The room was warm, clean and cosy, perfect for a shorter stay.

next to Bella center the location is convenient for work purposes. had to wait long for check-in and on top of that they had a problem processing Amex cards - I had to insist to process it (getting a POS from the bar) since they kept saying "you should try another card" - not customer friendly esp. for Accor members. except this incident, all staff was very friendly and helpful. welcome drink (incl. wine) was offered. i probably was upgraded to a corner room but i was never told and i would not notice if somebody else did not mention to me. room is spacious but the space is not very usable (looks empty). clean overall though. breakfast is mediocre - lacking e.g. eggs or other warm options, can get very busy. overpriced for what it is (ibis styles).

First of all, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience with your AMEX card at check-in. We recently changed our PMS system, and the finalisation of the new contract with AMEX has taken longer than expected. Even though we were still able to process AMEX through our bar POS terminal, the experience should have been smooth and clearly communicated, especially for our ALL members. I completely understand your frustration, and I’m sorry that this was not handled in a more customer-friendly way. I’m glad to hear that the team was friendly during the rest of your stay and that you enjoyed your welcome drink, but I’m sorry that we did not proactively inform you about your room upgrade. Communication should be clear and warm, and we’ll work with the team to improve this. Your comments regarding the room layout, breakfast selection and check-in speed are also very helpful. As a 3-star Ibis Styles, we offer a simpler, design-focused concept, but we are continuously refining both our breakfast offering and our operational flow, especially during busy periods. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it truly helps us improve.
